Returns Policy
We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not emtirely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to find a solution.
There may be times when you will need to return or exchange an item purchased from us, and our Returns Policy is designed to assist you in that regard.
Highlights from our Returns Policy:
- Please notify us immediately on acceptance of your delivery if the items are damaged in any way whatsoever;
- In order to provide you with an exchange or refund, we need to receive the item(s) that you purchased in the correct condition within 14 days of you taking delivery thereof.
A quick word on our merchandise and the machines we use
Although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise.
We make use of advanced machinery to produce the Bidcoins. From personal experience we have learnt that no two machines are alike in the way they cut or engrave. Hence, depending on the type of machine we use to manufacture the product, some variation in the look and feel of the merchandise can be expected.
Returning Items for refunds or exchanges
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via courier to our online store within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will unfortunately not be able to process a refund or exchange after this period. Kindly allow 5-11 working days for your refund, exchange or return to be processed.
We encourage you to return your parcel via a traceable courier services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
Returns Policy Conditions
At Bidcoin.faith we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your purchase provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of taking delivery thereof;
- You produce your original Bidcoin.faith invoice (receipt) when you return the item;
- The item is in original saleable condition, with all original tags and labels still attached, in an unopened and unused state;
- A return form is completed and accompanies your item(s) being returned; and
- It is in the original packaging.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt thereof. If you are not able to comply with the requirements outlined above, Bidcoin.faith reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees, and the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fees.
All sale items are final and non-refundable. In addition, custom orders are non-refundable as they are cut and made specifically for you.
Bidcoin.faith will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons:
- Rigns
- Earrings
Damaged Goods
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Spelling and referencing errors
We have worked through more than 500 verses in multiple languages to produce Bidcoins and while we have made every attempt to check our work, some spelling and referencing errors may have slipped in. If you spot a spelling or referencing error we will gladly give you 20% off on your next purchase and send a replacement coin along with your purchase.
Depending on the translation of the Bible we used, some names may have a different spelling to what you are accustomed to. This does not constitute a spelling error as it is referenced from a version of the Bible.
Online Exchanges and Refunds
Online Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item(s) for an alternative item(s), please complete the online Return Request form prior to sending the item(s) back.
Exchanges can only be exchanged for the same value of the purchase price of the item being returned, and provided that the original item purchased was damaged or defective in some way or the other.
Your item(s) that you wish to return needs to be sent back to our online returns address with the relevant return documents, duly completed and tax invoice (receipt).
If the alternative size or colour is no longer available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment. All return courier costs will be for your own expense and this will deducted from your refund amount.
Online Refunds
A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and we have received the original item that is being returned. Once we have received the item(s) we will confirm receival thereof, inspect it, and notify you via email of the status of your exchange or refund. Please note that all refunds exclude the original shipping costs as these can unfortunately not be refunded.
Submitting a Returns Request Form
- Complete the Return Request Form and send it to hello@bidcoinsinabox.co.za
- After you have submitted your return request, one of our friendly staff members will get in contact with you to arrange a collection
- Once you have sent your item(s) back to our warehouse, our warehouse will authorise the refund
Before sending the item(s), please ensure all details on the form are correct. You will also need to write the returns number on the outside of the parcel.
