Unless you would like to collect from our office in Cape Town, deliveries will cost R75.

Delivery of Orders

There are two stages to receiving your order which we would like you to familiarise yourself with:

1.) Acknowledgement and processing:

It is important to note that we enable the placing of orders even though we may not have stock readily available. This is done to confirm the interest from the public which would then enable us to upscale and increase the pace at which we are able to manufacture items. When an item is listed as ‘in stock’ it means that we have stock readily available and can send it out for delivery. When an item is listed as ‘on back order’ it means we don’t have stock on hand but we are working throughout the night to produce it.

Depending on the nature in which you had placed your order, all orders will be acknowledged via WhatsApp message or email notification within 1-2 days of receiving them. If you have placed your oder while the item was listed as ‘on back order’ we will provide you with an estimate of how long it will take to manufacture the item.

If you have placed your order via WhatsApp we kindly request that you send us proof of payment to ensure that we process your order. We will first send you an invoice following which you can send us the proof of payment.

2.) Delivery:

We make use of a national courier company to deliver orders within the borders of South Africa. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

While we are constantly working on ways to speed up the production of Bidcoins, it is important to note that to produce a pack of Bidcoins takes time and patience. If we have stock readily available then your order will be delivered within 3-4 days of us confirm that we have received your order. If we do not have stock available, there may be a 7-14 day delay in the completion of your order. Depending on the volume of orders our stock levels may fluctuate from time to time. We undertake to keep you posted.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@bidcoinsinabox.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Cost of Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over R500. For orders under R500, we charge R75 for local delivery.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@bidcoinsinabox.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
